It’s a two-way thing!

Bolingbroke gives heartfelt thanks to our community partners for their generosity, friendship and for sharing our vision

Here’s a glimpse of how we’ve partnered with local businesses

The main sponsor at one of our community events donated catering equipment, helped out on one of the stalls and provided funding for a top raffle prize. We were able to give the sponsor great profile on our high quality event marketing and at the event itself, directly reaching hundreds of local families at multiple touch-points

Estate agent boards put up at 100+ prime Between the Commons addresses advertising our event and providing fantastic visibility for our partner

Branding our school mini-bus was a superb opportunity to connect a local fitness business to our sports teams and provides many opportunities to view in the local area

What it means to be our partner

Giving back

With financial contributions you are supporting a diverse community of pupils and teachers to participate in activities and benefit from facilities that would not otherwise be possible like the fabulous science lab in the picture

Connecting our community

By donating goods, raffle prizes and other things we need you are helping the PA to deliver better events which bond our community and provide great experiences for our young people

Motivating and engaging your people

Providing volunteering opportunities has been proven to motivate and engage staff and attract talent to businesses. We would be grateful for your expert services, pro bono support to improve our charity and your volunteer resource at our events

About Bolingbroke Academy and the Bolingbroke Parents Association (PA)

Bolingbroke Academy was established in 2003 after a campaign by local parents who saw the great need for a secondary school in our community. It has grown to become a real asset and source of pride in the community it serves and is the top-performing Wandsworth school. The school has around 900 pupils and 100 staff.

The Parents Association supports the school by connecting the community of parents and families and raising funds for the extras the school would not otherwise be able to afford. In the past this has included a new science lab, sports coaching, school minibus, laptops, teacher celebrations, DofE equipment, school trips and many more valuable contributions.

The PA is a registered charity with a a strong governance structure. It relies on volunteer resources drawn from the parent community to arrange community and fundraising events. The PA has grown every year in ambition and in what we are able to contribute to support our school and those who study and work there. We are well-organised, committed and passionate about delivering a great experience for our community and partners.
