A fun family day out at the start-of-year Treasure Hunt and BBQ

A brilliant day was had by all who took part in the race to complete some seriously difficult challenges and clues to find the treasure on Clapham Common. A battalion of not-so-scary pirates oversaw proceedings and provided a helping hook every now and then. Massive congratulations to the winning team - from the pictures they look pretty chuffed to have bagged that lovely hamper of goodies!

Over 150 parents and pupils took part in the Treasure Hunt and the BBQ that followed. By all accounts the food was delicious and it was easily warm enough for an Aperol spritz or two! Huge thanks as always to the organising crew for their energy and creativity which made sure that everyone had a great day. They make it look easy, but that most definitely belies the hard work that went into making the day the success it was.
