We’re glad you’re here

Bolingbroke Academy was established as a neighbourhood school by local parents so the involvement of families and the wider community has always been very important at our school.

The Bolingbroke Parents Association (PA) exists to connect this community and raise funds to support the school, advance pupils’ education and provide the “extras” that the school would not otherwise be able to afford.

We are a registered charity and entirely run by volunteers. All parents and carers of Bolingbroke pupils can get involved by offering time, skills and resources. It’s the energy and creativity of our volunteers which makes our events and activities fun and rewarding for all.

Please get in touch if you’d like to help out or want to learn more about Bolingbroke and why we’re so proud of our school.  We’re a friendly lot and we’d love to hear from you!

Our email address is: hello@bolingbrokepa.org

The Bolingbroke PA Business Directory is now live!

Community is at the heart of our PA and our school so we want to shop local to help businesses to thrive in our area. That’s why we’ve created the Friends of Bolingbroke Academy Business Directory.

Our first ever Bolingbroke Enterprise Competition was a brilliant success and we thank everyone involved!

Our budding entrepreneurs surpassed all expectations and raised a massive total to add to our fund for re-building the Butterfly Garden.

Although there was one winning team we hope every single person who took part had fun, learned something and is enormously proud of their contribution - we certainly are!

Click the button to meet the winners and read all about the competition.

Here’s a look at what we’ve been up to recently

Check out the Gallery page to see pics of past Bolingbroke PA events - and keep an eye on the Events page so you can join in the fun!

Pre-Loved Uniform

When you’ve outgrown or no longer need uniform items, please donate them to the PA. We’ll take any good quality, clean uniform items (including backpacks) for re-sale or use in school. To buy or donate uniform please get in touch with Caroline or Alex by clicking the button below.

Bolingbroke PA donated £51,000 to fund a new sixth form STEM laboratory!

It’s now in full use, providing extra capacity and top class facilities for science teaching

A huge thank you to all of our volunteers, supporters and sponsors for making this amazing level of giving possible. We had a lot of fun in the process, too!

Can you lend a hand?

Fundraiser organisers needed!

Do you have an idea for a fundraising event? Could you get a team together to organise it with the help of the PA Committee? We’d love to support you to make your idea become reality. Let’s have a chat!

Or if you would like to join our ever-growing pool of volunteers to support the organisers with delivering events and other fundraisers, please drop us a line.

We love the diversity of our school, so we’re conscious that our committee doesn’t always represent the whole school community. We’d especially like to hear from under-represented groups.

Now collecting…

We’re always on the look out for donated items to support our fundraisers or to re-distribute to those who need them. We’d love to hear from you if you have school equipment and uniform that is no longer needed such as revision guides, text books, school ties, uniform items etc.
